A Tudor Feast

On the table:
Bread, butter, pickled eggs, pickled vegetables

First Course: 
Brawn (cold, mildly pickled sliced pork)
Grand Salat (dressed salad of greens, vegetables fresh and pickled, fruits)

Second Course: 
Chicken in Sauce
Salad of Lemons (sugared lemons)
Sweet pudding (suet, fruit and breadcrumbs)
(Vegetable dish to be planned)

Third Course:
Roast Pork with sauce
Savory pudding (bread, milk and herbs)
Compost of califlowers

Banquet Course:
Various sweets to be presented at a side table following feast

... and a few more vegetable dishes are being devised.

Feast seating is limited, and the feast is expected to sell out in advance.

Hours: 9-10:30am

Lunch Tavern

Hours: 11am-2pm (or until we run out!)

Plated meal: $3.00

Includes meat pie (veggie pie available on request*); hard-boiled egg; pickle; cookie, pop (soda) or water.
