Merchant Registration

There is no additional fee for merchanting at Regular Event 2013, but ...

Merchants must pay the normal site fees.

You MUST pre-register by no later than January 4, 2013. Space is limited. See the registration page.

You may bring your own tables (subject to space limitations). If you want the event to provide tables for you, there is a $10 charge per table (we are passing the site's per-table charge on to you) and you MUST reserve these by no later than December 28, 2012.

Please use this PDF merchant information form, for your convenience and ours. Sending this to the Merchant Coordinator will reserve space for you, but you must also register through the gatekeepers. Note that the merchant coordinator does not handle any money.
