* Merchants. There is no separate merchant fee (but you must pay the site fee). If you wish the event to provide tables, they are $10 apiece. Make all payments via the gatekeeper. There is no charge if you bring your own tables, but you MUST pre-register - merchatn space is limited. See the Merchants page for more information.

The non-member surcharge is a Society fee which is applied to all adults who are not members. This is a Society rule and is not in the control of local groups or even Kingdoms. There are no exceptions.

The only reservation is a paid reservation. Please make checks payable to SCA Inc - Barony of the Cleftlands, and include your membership number or a copy of your membership card.

Feast seating is limited, and the feast is expected to sell out in advance.

Deadlines and Troll Hours

Troll opens: 9am

Deadline: Pre-registrations must be RECEIVED by the gate keeper by Friday, January 4. If pre-registration has not reached the gatekeeper before the event, the individual will be charged full gate price at check in, and the missing check will be mailed back when it is received.

How to Register by Postal Mail

The form below is provided for your convenience (and ours).

It is fully interactive and will allow you to type in the names and other information on attendees; it will also calculate the payment amount when you click the appropriate categories. You can save the form on your computer. (If you encounter difficulties using the form, contact the webmaster.)

Lest there be any confusion: This interactive PDF form is NOT online registration. Although it may appear in your browser window, it is completely on your own computer (your children's names will not be transmitted across the Internet) and you will need to print it out and mail it in.
