Roasted by Dragon Cooking Competition

From bread, to desserts, to meat and veggies, entries are open to anything that can be cooked over an open flame.

Prizes will be awarded based on the entries, but special prizes will be given for best use of bacon and best historical recipe.

Entries are due in directly after court and should include a listing of all ingredients, the participants name, and a brief description of how it was prepared (documentation is an added bonus). After Their Royal Majesties taste and judge each entry they will be presented to the populace during the Brewer’s Open Tasting Session Saturday in the permanent pavilion.
