A collection of period (or period style) offerings with the required amounts of coffee and tea.

Lunch

A ploughman’s platter with bread, hard boiled egg, cheese, carrots or apple, cookie, and a drink.  ($5)

Dinner

Home Baked bread (wheat, salt, yeast)
Butter (butter)
Soft cheese with Berries (milk, raspberries, sugar)

Roast Beef (beef, salt)
Mustard sauce (ingredients will be posted
Chyches (Chickpeas, garlic, saffron, pepper, cinnamon, ginger)
Salad of Greens (Lettuce, herbs as I find them at the market, vinegar, olive oil)
Apple Tarts (Flour, apples, cinnamon, butter, sugar or honey)

Roast Chicken (chicken)
Sauce Noir (chicken liver, graines of paradise, other spices, verjuice)
Erbolet (egg with herbs)
Pottage of Carrots (carrots, onions, vegetable broth)
Pears in Syrup (pears, red wine, sugar, cardamom, saffron)
Gingerbread (crumbs, honey, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, ginger)

Price for dinner are:

  • $10 per adult
  • $0 per youth ages 0-17
